The film's set in a sorority house; there are multiple scenes in which the sisters and house mom talk to one another, and at least several that past the test (i.e., talk to each other about something other than a man).

1) Passes, there are several named women, such as Jess, Barb, Phyllis, Clare, and Mrs. Mac.
2) Passes, with women being the main characters and the main focus, there are several conversations.
3) Passes, there are several conversations not related to a man, such as: Barb, Phyllis, and Jess talk about going skiing; Barb is confronted by Phyllis & Jess for mocking Clare; Mrs. Mac and Jess talk about how the girls at the sorority are good to Mrs. Mac, etc.
For a slasher film, the women are not sexualized at all, and the killings of the women aren't graphic. While some of the women are stereotypes (the virgin, the drunk, etc), they are educated women with goals in life. Jess also shows independence for refusing to give into her boyfriend's Peter's demands to give birth to a child she don't want to marry him. Not feminist, but not sexist either in my opinion.
