The film technically has three named female characters: Rachel Weisz plays both Angela and Isabel Dodson, twins, but they do not communicate with one another, since Isabel commits suicide at the beginning of the movie.
There's also Dr. Leslie Archer ("Les") who tells Constantine he has cancer.
The other potential character is the androgynous, sex-less angel, Gabriel, portrayed by actress Tilda Swinton.
However, none of these characters ever talk with one another.
