There are four fully named characters. One is only know as "Old Lady Bradley". One named female character is dead when the movie takes place and is only shown in flashbacks. Two named female characters do talk briefly about things other than men. It barely passes the tests.

This movie doesn't "barely pass", it passes rather easily. Dr. Lynsky, Patricia and her mother have long conversations not pertaining to men. Also there are 5 named women characters, the previous commenter forgot about the journalist Magda. This is a great movie with some really interesting and strong female characters.
