The main character, an alcoholic teacher, is a woman. She has a number of substantive conversations with other women -- several with the principal of her school, several with her AA sponsor, one with her mother -- as well as brief exchanges with women at a baby shower and girls in her classroom. None of these conversations are about men. The movie has some flaws, IMO, but it passes the Bechdel Test with flying colors.
