Though it's only a slim pass, I think the 'tour of the house' scene between Gertrude and Ruby technically counts as a conversation about something other than a man. Sure, Gertrude mentions Mort, but they are really talking about the house.

It just barely passes, but for a movie like this, that's kind of the point. She's his perfect manic pixiedreamgirl slave made just for him and he wants to cut her off from the outside world and it's influences.
