Bingbing Li has a first and last name - Ada Wong. Michelle Rodriguez has a first name. All the women **SPOILER** survive until the end. The men are the throw away characters. All the ladies talk, fight, interact - they are not the girlfriends.

Proof that passing the Bechdel Test doesn't necessarily mean it's a good movie... or that the women are something more than sexy objects.

Now, on to Dead or Alive...

It appears to pass the test. Alice and Ada have a conversation about 1/3 of the way into the movie about the cloned girl who thinks she's Alice's daughter. A scene later, Alice teaches Rain how to shoot a gun and sends her off to protected the cloned girl. It doesn't make it a good movie, but it does pass the test.
