Gwyneth Paltrow plays a pretty big part in the movie, other than that the only women to appear are a couple generically named (cocktail waitress, Keno girl, cashier). The closest we come to another female character is the girl Jimmy takes home after gambling, but she's only around for about 30 seconds and I don't think she ever actually says anything.
