This isn't a movie with a lot of conversation. Of the 90-minute run time, probably 20 or less are dialogue. The plot is based on a delivery a female bike messenger's roommate gives to the male lead. The female bike messenger and the roommate talk for 3-5 minutes over a couple scenes about why is the roommate so twitchy today, who is after the roommate, and about a (plot-relevant) member of the roommate's family. Both important female characters have names.
