The film revolves exclusively around the lead character, Eric Packer, the quintessential degenerate capitalist, in the bubble-like world of his limo. He spends time with several interesting, named female characters who don't interact with each other, although that seems to be one consciously allegorical expression in the story, that everything only concerns the unfathomably wealthy and powerful male master of the universe. A Specter Is Haunting The World!

Good example I think of a film which is both feminist, but also fails this test. As Lenore already said the film is really about the world revolving around a single male figure, but it critiques his perspective heavily, and the female characters he interacts with are just as powerful, complex, and interesting as the male characters he comes into contact with, excepting Paul Giamatti's key supporting role.
