This film easily passes. The two main characters are female and their dialogue -- centered around allegations of Becky's stealing money from a customer -- is prevalent throughout the film.
I believe this film aptly expresses the concept of "power-over" in class, regional, age and gender contexts, even though writer/director Craig Zobel, didn't seem terribly conscious of his expression in feminist terms when I asked him about it in a Q&A in NYC. It's a fascinating film I highly recommend to everyone.
