The protagonist and her mother talk briefly about the protagonist's desire to travel to Earth 2. Also, about halfway through the film, a named female scientist on Earth Prime makes first contact with another named female scientist on Earth 2. Neither conversation was about men.

I think I remember the mother and little girl speaking to one another before they got into the accident. It's such an interesting concept in general, and I hope for a sequel.

Dr. Joan Tallis talks to another version of herself. I guess, it's open for interpretation if this counts as "two women, who are talking to each outher"

Dr. Joan Tallis talks to another version of herself does count as two women talking to each other as once the inhabitants of each Earth saw the other Earth, it broke the synchronicity between the two. Things started to happen differently from that moment onwards and as a result, the people on each world started to differ from their previously identical counterparts.
This is best demonstrated by Dr. Joan Tallis herself. Everything both Dr. Tallis's had done had absolutely identical in their lives (as shown by them each remembering the exact same events from their past) until the appearance of the other Earth relative to them. From that point onwards, they started to differ as best evidenced by the conversation they had with each other where each of them were saying different things.
The fact that the different Earths have started to become different since they discovered each other is a major theme of the movie.
