The movie has only one named individual female character, Ulysses Everett McGill's ex-wife Penny though their daughters also have a notable speaking role. However, they aren't named individually. Instead they are referred to collectively as "The Wharvey Girls"; Wharvey being Penny's maiden name.

This rating is pretty much dead on. It's an okay show, but I don't know if I'd watch it twice.

The movie meets two of the three criteria of the test. There are three named female characters: Penny, and two of the daughters have names that are mentioned on-screen--Starla, the new baby, and Alvinelle, the six-year-old. Only Penny and Alvinelle talk, but they never talk to one another, just to Everette.
