Like many Woody Allen movies, this has a lot of interactions between female characters, but always about men. As a caveat there were a couple of conversations between women in Italian, which I don't speak, which by the stage business seemed pretty clearly to be about a male character, but I can't be sure.

Martin disagreed with the rating and said:
The character of Milly speaks to an famous actress (in Italian), and tells her how much she admires her and that the watched all her movies when she was a child.

Daniel Hofverberg disagreed with the rating and said:
Martin is correct. In one of the Italian-language scenes, Milly speaks with the actress Pia Fusari, and although their conversation isn't long or particularly deep, it does pass as their conversation is not about a man.

So this film should be updated to pass 3 of 3 tests.

Gaith disagreed with the rating and said:
Martin is correct. Also, there may have been a bit in which the mothers of the engaged couple discussed an appetizer that also passes, but mainly that scene with the actress is a clear pass.

Still, a totally crummy movie from the gender equality perspective.

The conversation Milly has with the actress in the street quickly becomes about the male actor who is also in the movie being made , and how much she admires him more than anything. There then follows an entire theme of him trying to have sex with her over several scenes. The conversation in the street is a mechanic to introduce another man.
