Debatable. Crusher says several things to nurse Ogawa, but I don't think she ever responds (I could very well be wrong here, which is why I said debatable).
Similarly, Crusher says things to Lily, but they are either without response because Lily's barely conscious (NNNNNN! shouldn't count) or because they're about Picard. I don't think Lily and Deanna interact at all. I don't think Crusher and Deanna interact at all. The Queen only interacts with Picard and Data. Ruby only interacts with Picard.
