Vera Black (during her only appearance outside of a flashback) and Lois Lane talk with each other during a back-alley meeting, but the discussion is about a man (Manchester Black).
During a flashback, young Vera almost/sort of talks to another female character, but that other female character is unnamed.
Menagerie is a third named female character, but doesn't speak to the other two.
Perhaps of note is that Ma Kent (one would presume) makes a brief cameo appearance, but is not named, has no dialogue, and the sole purpose of her appearance is to serve food to Clark and Pa Kent.
