The movie is beautiful and has a female lead character. However, she has been traumatized and therefore can´t speak, being able to express herself only through mimic and dance.

I would say there are at least two women characters. Victoria (Miranda Bodenhofer) and the ex-wife of the safe-cracker Vergara Grey (Ricardo Darin), Teresa (Ariadna Gil). The ex-wife is an important character and has a name.
Victoria's dance teacher is also a female with an important role, however she doesn't have a name. That is more a side effect of Victoria's muteness than an indication that she is unimportant.
Vergara Grey has a new girlfriend with a name, Lili. The mother of Angel has a few lines and interacts with Victoria. The director of the municipal dance Theater has a repeat role. The criminal that gets let out of jail to kill Angel has a girlfriend/wife. All of these women have lines and at least the new girlfriend is a character.
Still none of the women talk to one another, so I would agree that it still fails the three-part test.
