Well, technically it fails the BT but this film goes to show yet again why the Bechdel Test fails to show anything meaningful for a lot of movies.

First off, there are only four characters in total. No other human is shown besides those four. Two of them are women, two of them are men. Two of those four characters have names (the protagonist, Héctor, and his wife, Clara). Both Clara and the other female character have dialogue that doesn’t involve a man.
That the two women don’t talk to each other doesn’t really say anything because the only one who talks to any of the characters is Héctor. The others don’t talk to (or even meet) each other.
