Though the movie revolves around relationships, there is a segment where Beth and her sisters (all named) are discussing the bridesmaid's dresses for at least a full two minutes before the conversation turned to Beth's recent break-up.

There's also this segment where Gigi talks to her landlord Dina on the phone.

The film is in its way a pro-women film. The only bad things are how men are valued about mothers, the "name of God on children's lips". The movie does teach women how not to be clingy and know when men are abusing you.

I feel like this rom com is so unique in the sense it revolves around relationships, but what really stands out is the utter care and non-judgemental support the women receive from eachother. It’s so refreshing to see a movie like this, where it’s not the main character navigating their breakups or relationship turmoil alone, but they have access to a network of female confidants and friends who genuinely want the best for them, and help them to the best of their ability
