There are only a few instances in which two named female characters interact.
The first is when Pegasus (Pamela) introduces Kate to Johnny English, however, Kate never speaks to Pamela, only Johnny. Kate interacts with Pamela by making eye contact.
The other instance is when Pamela's young daughter Izzie bursts into the room, excitedly telling her about how the clown for her birthday party has arrived. Pamela tells Izzie that it is nice to hear and tells her where to direct the clown. The only catch is that the clown is a man. To me, this still counts because the clown, though gendered, is not really a character and more of a prop, with no speaking lines, and no necessity of gender. Its presence is only there to cause an excited Izzie and her party guests to burst in and speak to her mother.
