I am torn about this one. For one, it's from 1955, and it gets huge props for having a female protagonist who is a race car driver, competing in races without any male support crew, she is strong, fights back when the male protagonist kidnaps her, and generally is not your classic 1950s damsel in distress. She speaks to her named friends at the races, about racing, her participation, cars, parties, etc. However, the movie is full of sexism. She is frequently belittled and dismissed because she is a woman, and banned from the race because the track is considered too dangerous for ladies, and -- the final insult -- the script has her fall in love with her kidnapper/abuser who forced her to kiss him just to assert his power over her. Triggering, to say the least. But it fulfills the test requirements to the dot.
