Ana has a conversation with her neighbor's daughter Vivian in the beginning of the film. It focuses on Vivian rollerskating and having a meet up with her mother.

There are also brief conversations between female characters. Ex) Ana and a fellow nurse (who is named, I just can't recall it), Ana and Nicole and Ana and Norma.

The fellow nurse's name is Cora, but it probably doesn't count because Ana asks Cora to help find a patient (a man) and later, Cora asks Ana if she talked to Luis about them all (presumably) getting together on Sunday.

Nothing else to add, since the movie definitely passes.
