Only two named female characters come to mind, Ashlynn Yennie and Mrs. Lomax. There are additional female characters, two of which do converse about something besides a man while walking through the parking garage. However, although these additional female characters are named in the credits, they are not named in the movie itself, so I'm pretty sure that doesn't count.

Although unnamed, the two girls in the parking lot actually do talk about a man. "there's a midget wanking in there", although not in a romantic sense is still talking about a man. Not sure if it counts though.
