This B-movie is worth noting because it marked the final big screen film in the career of a strong female leading lady, Rosalind Russell. The only female characters who interact with this sixtysomething female James Bond (so she imagines) are a tourist whose suitcase she grabs by mistake, and a Mexican hotel maid asking her if/when she plans on leaving--mere extras, really. But although this film barely passes all three requirements, it portrays a smart woman well into her golden years who saves the day! RR adapted the screenplay herself (under a pseudonym) from the first in a series of popular Pollifax novels.

well, strong woman though she may be, they have to be named characters, and they have to have a conversation. brief interactions hardly count as conversations relevant to the plot of a movie. I would give it a 1/3
