If the babysitter had appeared on screen and had a line in her conversation with Caroline about Cricket's bedtime routine, the movie would pass, despite having no female presence whatsoever after the opening credits finish.

It doesn't pass the test, but there are more women after the opening; there's a female welder's voice heard at the submarine dock, and the stewardess on the flight at the end.
