There are two female characters, the "good guy" Jane and "bad guy" Sabine (there are technically 3 females, but that reveals a major plot point/twist). I don't believe the two ever actually talk to each other, though they do have a major physical fight.

I believe Jane says something to Sabine during or before their altercation, but it's clearly about her boyfriend/fiancé (can't remember exactly). However, it would be fair to say that they don't really have a "conversation" per se.
