Bechdel Test Movie List

There were just three female characters with dialog (just two of them named) and none of them ever appeared in the same scene.

Hoo boy. This is a wishy-washy disagree, but, to be fair...

There is one brief exchange between Rose (the mother) and an un-named female neighbor. Rose has taken her knitting out in the rain, to watch her son attempt to plow the field, and dropped her yarn. Her neighbor hands it to her, saying "Your wool!". They then talk a bit about a man, or is it about the horse? But they did exchange words first about the yarn.

Becky Zoole: Yes, but considering the neighbor is unnamed, that scene does not qualify as passing the test.

I don't think Rose (whose name I could not have told you, and I *just* finished the movie) says anything to the woman who hands over the wool. It's not a conversation to me, plus she's unnamed.
