Starring Sandra Bullock as the lead this film definitely passes the Bechdel Test.
Firstly Sandra Bullock's character has an at length discussion with her female court appointed lawyer. Secondly she briefly talks to one of the villains, Ruth Marx. Thirdly she talks to her unwell mother in the finale.
