Mel and Lynette have one scene where they talk to each other. They do talk about Lynette's son, but they also talk about Lynette's parenting in more general terms. Lynette also has a job interview with an unnamed woman (so that scene doesn't pass). Those are the only two scenes where two women are in a scene together.
