Sam and Greta have a short customer-client small talk before Greta starts talking about Walter. Those three or four sentences are all there are, and the film would just as well work without them. Technically it's a pass - but nothing more than that.

I don't think I would even give it a technical pass, because they're mentioning a man (walter) in the same conversation, even though the entire conversation isn't about him.
