To be fair, however, you're stuck inside the head of the male protagonist for the whole game, so it's difficult to observe any conversations without being directly involved in them.

It's kind of weird, because there are women who talk about things other than men, but they only do so over email. In most of these cases the women themselves don't actually appear in the game, so I think it's more of a "it happens, but it's really dubious".
That said, even though it was an awesome game it's really troubling that out of a fairly large field of antagonists only two are women and one is a mute and the other is a stereotypical dragon lady. Especially when there are women referenced in the emails (Beth DuClare, for instance) who are involved with the Illuminati but aren't horrible stereotypes.

Firstly, not a movie. Not even a game where you can watch cutscenes, you actively choose what to say and what happens.
Secondly, I'm sure you could find some pedestrians at least talking about other things

In the beginning, when you're following Megan around the labs, she talks briefly with another female scientist about a trip to Washington D.C.

The game features several scripted dialogues which you can hear if you approach NPCs on the streets. A decent percentage of these are between women and not about a man.

In the beginning, Dr. Megan Reed speaks with another female scientist about their upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. I also witnessed NPC dialogue about the attack on Sarif Industries, the ethics of augmentation, dogs, computers, and religion among other things.

In addition to what others have said I recall a conversation between to NPCs in the lobby about the after math of the attack and ones fear about working the front desk.

As others have said, there's dialogue in the beginning where Megan Reed speaks with Nia Colvin about Washington D.C. So this should pass all three tests.

To be fair, Megan Reed was talking to Nia Colvin about their discovery and trip to Washington DC. Their discovery being the genes needed to fully integrate augmentations, specifically, Adam. So, technically, they are talking about a man, you just don't know it at that point in the game.
