While most of the conversations throughout the film are about Elwood or Harvey, there is a small snippet in the luncheon scene between Vite and Mrs. Chauvenet (who is both named in the script and credited by name on IMdB):
MRS. CHAUVENET - Well, I - I think I'll be running along.
VETA - With no tea?
MRS. CHAUVENET - No - no.
VETA - Or punch?
MRS. CHAUVENET - No, no thank you, really. I - I'll be going. Good-bye. Good-bye.
While it's superficial and both characters are clearing *thinking* of Elwood and how he's crazy, there is no mention of a man.

I agree with Erin, this should be 3 out of 3. There are exchanges between named women, not about men.

I agree with two of the commenters above. There are exchanges between named female characters that are not about a man.
