Dr. Harris and Stacy talk about dental work.
Passes, albeit by the skin of its teeth.

A one sentence interchange, whose whole purpose is to give the guy in the room the fantasy of two chicks together... Yeah, VERY weak pass.

This movie passes the Bechdel test, but I was struck by a few glaring examples of gender bias. Its blatantly vacuous female "leads" (and I say this because there were only two of them). The first of the two, Charlie Day's fiancee, is an empty saccharine blond who fails to notice the obvious strangeness between him and his aggressively sexual female boss. Her obliviousness versus his boss' nymphomania seems to polarize the spectrum of single women. Worth mentioning also, how little respect/attention is paid to sexual harassment in which a woman harasses a man. Several times the other characters would respond, "How can you even complain about that?". Anyway I just saw the movie an hour ago or so and I was prompted to look up the Bechdel test and post a review on this site. Enough said.

The conversation was about dental work, set up by the boss to make her co-worker uncomfortable. Because the very idea of letting his fiancee know his boss is perving on him freaked him out. And every sexual advancement she's made toward him and even the thought of being with her has been everything but arousing. So I'm pretty sure it was not in his sexual fantasy to imagine the two women in any sexual situation together. Nor was it the intent of the script.
