But it's dubious, because it's a gang-rape case. She talks to Kelly McGillis a great deal, but it's mostly about the men who committed the crime. It's been a long time since I saw the movie, so I honestly don't remember if there are any other things they talk about (although I'm sure there has to be SOMETHING else).

Foster makes many verbal attempts to get to know McGillis as a person beyond their lawyer-client relationship, including offering & later presenting McGillis' astrological chart.
