I said this before on another movie about the horror's of war and I want to say it again here.

This test isn't good for deciding if a movie is offensive towards women or not.

This movie specifically, is a war movie that is meant to be depicted as close to reality as possible.

And as tradition goes, and during the desert storm, there were no women allowed in the military.

So this movie is in NO WAY about women. If it does not somewhere in the movie have two women talking to each other mean that it is offensive to women?

The "field fuck" scene, was a rebellion against their squad leader than it was about offending the women.

This movie is a depiction of very real things that people go through when war is going on. The loss of relationships and love with the "Jody" scene. And the slow mental degradation of the main character Swafford.

This movie, is not even about a women's issue. So why should it be subject to this test? Because it doesn't have a woman in it? Hah.

I think we need to rework what we think is "offensive" and what we think is not.

I'm not against a test that does this sort of thing, but I feel we need to create a more elaborate test than just three requisites.
