Though Christine does talk to Meg, it does concern "The Phantom of the Opera".

Shedemei disagreed with the rating and said:
Madame Giry and Christine also talk, but it's also about the Phantom. However, near the end, Meg tries to follow her mother and Raoul into the Phantom's lair, resulting in this exchange:

Madame Giry: Remember, keep your hand at the level of your eyes!
Meg: I'll go with you!
Madame Giry: No, Meg, no! You must stay here. Do as I say!

Meg then proceeds to obey her mother and try to stop a mob trying to also enter the catacombs. It's brief, but it's a conversation that results in Meg only arriving in the Phantom's lair after Raoul, Christine and the Phantom have left and being the one to find the Phantom's discarded mask. The conversation may be obliquely related to a man because Madame Giry doesn't want anybody else getting into the Phantom's lair, but more likely Madame Giry wanted to keep her daughter safe. So it's possibly a dubious 2 of 3 (the conversation is brief) or a dubious 3 of 3 (the conversation might be related to the Phantom).

Interestingly, a brief (yet gratifying) fight between Christine and Carlotta - which would have made the film definitely pass - was one of the few cuts the film made from the original score.
