Alyssa speaks briefly with her girlfriend after singing the love song that Holden thought was directed at him in the scene in the lesbian bar. She also has a conversation that starts out about other things with her group of lesbian friends later in the movie, which ultimately turns to her relationship with Holden.
There's definitely women talking to each other, but the not about a man thing is a bit dubious due to brevity.

There is also the scene at the end of the movie where Alyssa has a new girlfriend and they talk about the attendees of the comic book convention in general. Though again it's a fairly brief interaction.

What's fascinating about the character of Alyssa Jones is that she's a comic book writer and artist who talks with a named girlfriend, Kim about something other than men. Why do I bring this up? This maybe a coincidence: Allyson Bechdel and Alyssa Jones share a similar sounding name/career with each other.
