I don't know why there is the "although dubious" qualification on this movie. If you watch the movie, rather than just scrolling through quotes on imdb, you will remember that Amber and Rollergirl have a very long conversation in the middle involving many different topics, for example, how Rollergirl wishes that Amber were her mother. Also, during the custody hearing Amber Waves talks to the judge (who I guess you could argue is not named, but she has a significant enough part that I think she should count as a character), and Rollergirl takes Amber Waves' order at the club. The movie very easily passes all three tests.

Michael - it could be argued that since her ex is there with his (male) lawyer, the conversation with the judge doesn't count as exclusively between two women.

The conversation with the judge may be dubious, but the movie itself is not. The long scene between Amber and Rollergirl in the middle of the movie consists entirely of a conversation between two women about a number of subjects, and in this case they're actually the only people in the room. I don't remember how much men figure into the conversation overall, but at one point Rollergirl asks Amber to adopt her and be her mother, and Amber responds. This part isn't about a man, it's about the complicated relationship between two women. This scene alone causes the movie to unambiguously pass the test.

The conversation starts with them talking about Amber missing her sons and viewing Dirk as a son, which leads into Rollergirl wanting Amber to be her mom. I suppose that the conversation about calling the girl and peeing counts, though Jack is present and says hi before it.
