At one point in the film, two women are laughing together (apparently they have been talking before), and at another point at least two women, part of a group of women seen from a car window, are apparently talking to each other (but their conversation is inaudible).
One woman also shouts "Rosa, give me that bike, I have to go," but Rosa does not reply. Nearby, two women might be talking, but nothing is heard of their conversation. Also, two unnamed women in a car are talking inaudibly to each other.
Gomorra barely fulfills the first Bechdel criterion, having at least two named female characters. Two women never actually talk to each other audibly in the film.
