The first test is definitely met, but the later two probably aren't. The closest to a two woman conversation is at the dance when Summer and Trisha see each other and go to chat, but since their conversation isn't heard (and the nature of it is portrayed as unimportant), that pretty much disqualifies it from the later two tests.

It passes all 3 tests. During scene where Pedro tells Napoleon that he plans on asking Summer to the dance, we cut to a scene of Summer talking to some girl(s) about getting her hair done.

It BARELY passes the Bechdel Test, and as a woman watching a movie that isn't enough for me.

As a girl who watched this film the other day, I couldn't recall a scene where two girls talk to each other (with audible dialogue) about anything other than a guy. The Summer talking about her hair thing is pretty insignificant. So it technically passes, but by a pathetic margin. And do the girls say anything back to Summer? Does it count as a conversation if only Summer is portrayed as saying anything?

I am watching the movie as I write this and it definitely passed all three. There is a point when they are talking about who Pedro will ask to the dance where we see Summer and Trisha talking out their hair.

I believe It passes. The two named women in one scene being Summer & Trisha and other girls talking about their hair. It follows all 3 criteria.

Test fails. Criteria requires that the two women talking to each other be a named character and not a character whose name we never learn in the movie.
