1) Passes, there are three main ones: Su-mi, Su-yeon, and Eun-joo. There's also Mi-hee, a minor character.
2) Passes, mostly between Su-mi and Su-yeon, but also between all three.
3) Passes, many of the women talk a lot about stuff other than a man, such Su-mi and Su-yeon talk a lot about their mother and the abuse Eun-joo does towards Su-yeon; Eun-joo talks to both Su-mi and Su-yeon, often being cruel towards them. In the end (spoiler) it turns out the interaction between Su-mi and Su-yeon/Eun-joo were all in her head (though Su-yeon might have been a ghost) but there's a flash-back that has a hostile conversation between Eun-joo and Su-mi, mainly on how much they don't like each other.
Although most of the movies plot is in the head of the lead roles schitzofrenic head, she believes that she is, or sees, three other female characters wich she talks and interact with. In the end of the movie, she also meets one of them "for real", but I can't remember if they have an actual conversation or not.
I say pass, since the plot is based on the four female characters and the events around them, even if the viewer get to see them through only one pair of eyes, so to speak.
