Several important roles for women, but most of them only have scenes with male characters. Jacy (Cybill Shepherd) and her mother Lois (Ellen Burstyn) have a couple of scenes together, but they only talk about men: Jacy's boyfriend, Lois's husband, and Lois's lover.
