I think this should pass or, at a minimum, get a 2 out of 3. There are at least 2 female (named) characters. As noted above, Gloria tells Adrian to go down and clean the cat cages. It's true Adrian doesn't respond so it's arguable whether that counts but it certainly should get a 2 out of 3.
