FWIW, Evelyn Mulwray has a discussion with her -- spoiler alert! -- daughter/sister, but we can't hear a word of it. So I'm guessing that doesn't count.

There are multiple named women in the movie: Evelyn, Katherine, Ida, Sophie... Evelyn and Katherine talk to each other, but we can't hear them, and later the former says to the latter something like "Say hello to Jake" and Katherine says something like "Hi". Therefore, fails the third test.
