Despite being in the main title, Batman is actually not as important a character as Supergirl in this film (and the comic collection it was based on was titled "Superman/Batman: Supergirl").
The film contains the superheroes Supergirl, Wonder Woman and Big Barda, as well as the supervillains Granny Goodness and the Female Furies. There are many instances where these women, and others, talk, interact and fight, without men being present or mentioned at all.
Most members of the supporting cast are female as well, since a lot of the action takes place on Themyscira, the island of the Amazons.
In fact, apart from Superman, Batman and Darkseid, every major character in the film is female. Oh right, except for Superman's dog. I think Krypto is male.
