Except that one of the specific questions is "are there any men in your town?" and the entire conversation is a reaction to both of them having bad break-ups. I'd say it's implicitly about men.

The short scene with Cameron Diaz buying booze and snacks has no talk of men with a woman behind the counter. Short, but passes the test.

Not to mention Graham's two daughters Sophie and Olivia talk to each other and to Amanda. I think this movie definitely passes the test.

As for the office colleague in the beginning and the woman in the store: They both don't have names so they don't count officially.
Does a chat really count as talking to each other?
Do children really count as women? But if the film was about to pass, in my opinion it would be because of the girls.
