There are 7 female characters who are both named in the movie and speak (however little): Stella, Helen, Kirsten, Lucy, Denise, Ally, and Gail. But the movie only barely makes it to the "two female characters speak to each other" criterion when Denise and Lucy exchange one line apiece about Eben. Stella also tells Lucy "bye" and responds to a comment Lucy makes to Eben, but unfortunately they don't ever trade even one line each.
