This is a tricky one. The first two points are clear passes, but I had to skim through the film to find support for the second two. Which is a real shame, since the film features many interesting female characters, many of them with a great sense of agency.
Generally, the film is split into many different sub-plots, with a large number of characters, many of them women.
In one scene, two female friends who have been paid to attend a party by corrupt managers are walking home early in the morning and talk about getting a taxi. They have a conversation about this "event" earlier, too. Since both are related to the male encounter earlier, I would rate it to pass 3, but not 4.
There is however one dialogue in which a polish mother buys the communion dress and has a conversation to the (female) shop owner about payment. Here, #4 is passed, just about.
Although this is just a short dialogue, it is important for the progress of this sub-plot of the polish family.
There might be other scenes but I probably missed them since I don't have time to watch the film again (unfortunately)
Therefore, a difficult call, but I'd say a pass, with reservations.
