Bechdel Test Movie List

This movie only has one significant female character who does not speak to any of the other women in the movie. There are brief moments when women in the movie exhange words but they are rare, very short, and never plot-related.

I think that it passed all three tests. Yes, it only had one main female character but she did talk to minor female characters about more than just a man. It could have been much better though.

There is one moment where the main female is given a card by a woman advertising the anti-drug convention. I agree, that is a very brief moment, but it's pretty key to the plot.

The representations of women in this movie are pretty abysmal. They're always sexualized and mostly gold diggers and eager to please men. The male characters also treat women very poorly. The male lead is a "hero" for actually treating Maggie like a human being!

I only just had the misfortune to stumble across this awful piece of shit movie and felt compelled to confirm my suspicions that it didn´t pass this test. I also can rest knowing that at least one person in the era of this degrading to women everywhere pile of tripe movie agreed with me on that fact even 12 years ago. It has not aged well and for a film that is essentially one big dick joke and serves only to get men off that´s saying something.
