I'm thrashing my brain at the moment, trying to remember if the two women in this film actually talk about something other than the two men in isolation. They do talk about their mother, but it's kind of an afterthought in conversations where they're berating each other about other things, often relative to the two men.

Mike disagreed with the rating and said:
This definitely meets all three criteria. One glaring example is the scene in the bar when Ann brings in the dress that she bought for her mother's birthday. Ann and Cynthia have an argument about how Ann thinks it is nice and Cynthia thinks it looks like a table cloth. Also, in the end Ann brings Cynthia a plant for her birthday and they talk briefly about getting back in touch.

I utterly disagree with the rating. Mike, who has already commented, is correct. Cynthia and Ann discuss what to get for their mother's birthday. Cynthia talks about her missing earring. They talk about masturbation. Ann says she couldn't masturbate in front of John and Cynthia correctly guesses that Ann couldn't masturbate "period". As in full stop, I suppose. I think that conversation goes from being about men to being about masturbation.

I also agree with Katharine and Mike. The women in this film talk about things apart from men.
1- Ann and Cynthia talk at the bar where the latter works about Ann's summer dress.
2- Ann goes to the bar to give her sister her new means of contact.

[I would add the monologues as well. Women talk about their sexuality to a camera set by a man. The way they are presented in the film, they talk to themselves more than anything else, but probably this isn't here nor there in relation to the Bechdel test.]
