In the scene that introduces Rosaria (Marta Gastini), she and her aunt Andria (Maria Grazia Cucinotta) exchange some words in Italian. Presumably her aunt is comforting her, but perhaps she is only preparing her for her ordeal with Father Lucas Trevant (Anthony Hopkins). Otherwise, the movie is primarily interaction between the two males Father Lucas and Michael Kovak (Colin O'Donoghue).

But the 'conversation' is in a language nearly all of the audience is presumed not to understand; it isn't intended to be a conversation at all to the audience (subtitled conversations obviously count, but not untranslated exchanges.) It can't count as a 'conversation' if the makers of the movie don't need the audience to understand what they're saying!

"Presumably"

We don't even know that the conversation isn't about men. This can't possibly be counted as passing #3.
